OUR BUSY PTA IS ALWAYS LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS AND PROJECT CHAIRS. CONTACT us FOR DETAILS.
Fellowship Groups for Men are comprised of men from parishes who gather together to discuss their lives in the light of their Catholic faith and share their faith and experiences through friendship, prayer, and fraternity.
To demonstrate encouragement and support for ALL MEN as they try to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Encourage men to participate in the Sacramental life of the Church.
Show men how they can use the Bible and Catechism to guide their lives and the lives of their families.
Support men in their attempts at spiritual growth and personal holiness.
Aid men in becoming spiritual leaders of their families.
Turn the hearts of fathers to their children.
Invite men to join or start a small group.
Men generally meet for about an hour to socialize, pray, discuss their faith, praise God, and sing. They support, affirm and share insights about the difficulties men encounter in both their home and work lives. They also seek God's help in dealing with the issues they confront every day. Members strive to reinforce Christian values with others in their group, and support other men who are struggling to do the same.
Men find that by attending Fellowship Group meetings, they have the opportunity to get acquainted with fellow parishioners, have fun, and learn from one another about how to become better husbands, fathers, sons, employees and Christian men in todays world.
Many men say that the growth they experience enables them to build stronger, happier families and marriages, as well as improve coping skills to belter handle the inevitable stresses inherent in today's workplace.
No need for formalities! If you are a man age 18 or older you are welcome to come to our meetings. Our Mission Statement at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parish is inclusionary to all of God's people and therefore our Fellowship Group is for ALL MEN.
